Terms and Conditions

By signing up for Traffic Builder, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Traffic Builder is a program operated by Global Affiliates. Our Traffic Builder program is free to join and members are able to alter their targeted site as often as they wish.

2. Members must be 18 years of age or older and sign up with and maintain a valid email address at all times.

3. Global Affiliates are not responsible for the quality or integrity of any products or services promoted by its members.

4. Members are not allowed to promote adult, gambling, illegal or hateful sites. If such a site is reported to us we reserve the right to remove the promotion and terminate membership without prior notice.

5. Global Affiliates operates a zero tolerance policy towards spam. This includes the use of unsolicited email and inappropriate posting on blogs or online forums. Any member found guilty by us of using spam techniques will have their membership terminated without prior notice. If our hosting services are interrupted as a result of a member using spam techniques we reserve the right to seek punitive damages.

6. Members may not (i) activate or use more than one Member account; (ii) select or use a Email Address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person; (iv) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.

Global Affiliates reserves the right to terminate a member's account if any of these terms are broken or abused. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to prosecution under the laws of and in the jurisdiction of England.
